                국내 중소기업의 93%가 국내 근로자 채용이 어려워 외국인 근로자를 고용하는 것으로 조사됐다.

한편 2023년 9월부터 시행한 외국인 근로자 숙련기능인력 전환(K-point E74) 애로사항으로 한국어능력시험(TOPIK)·사회통합프로그램(KIIP) 인프라 부족(27.4%), 제반 행정비용 부담(20.8%)이 주된 어려움으로 나타났다.
