고용부는 업종별 초과 수요가 있을 경우 탄력배정분(3만2000명)을 적극 활용할 계획이다. 이번 4회차부터는 현장의 고용 여건 등을 고려해 외국인력 배정기준인 '점수제' 항목을 핵심 항목 위주의 가·감점으로 개편·운영한다. The Ministry of Employment and Labor plans to actively utilize the flexible allocation (32,000 people) in case there is excess demand by industry. Starting from this 4th round, the 'point system' for foreign workforce allocation standards will be reorganized and operated with a focus on core items for adding and deducting points, considering the employment conditions on site.
