경기과기대, ‘외국인 요양보호사 양성 및 공급’ 삼자간 업무협약 체결 경기과기대, ‘외국인 요양보호사 양성 및 공급’ 삼자간 업무협약 체결 Gyeonggi Institute of Science and Technology Signs Tripartite MOU for Training and Supplying Foreign Caregivers 경기과학기술대학교(총장 허남용, 이하 경기과기대)는 지난 11일 (사)한국노인장기요양기관협회, 시흥시노인장기요양기관협회와 외국인 요양보호사 양성 및 공급을 위한 상호협력 업무 협약을 체결했다. Gyeonggi Institute of Science and Technology (President Huh Nam-yong, hereinafter GyeonggiGisat) signed a mutual cooperation agreement with the Korea Association of Senior Care Facilities and the Siheung City Senior Care Facilities Association on the 11th for the training and supply of foreign caregivers. 이번 업무협약은 고령 인구 증가에 따른 요양보호사 인력 수요가 급증하는 가운데, 외국인 전문인력을 양성해 안정적으로 현장에 공급할 수 있도록 교육, 현장실습 및 취업 전 과정을 체계적으로 지원하고 지역사회와의 연계를 강화하기 위해 추진됐다.
